Reframe Your Priorities

I’ve been tired lately. Not enough sleep. I could go on and on with why, but suffice to say: not enough sleep.

I did get in a nap yesterday afternoon, bringing me up to “not falling asleep while trying to watch The Kid.”

The Big Man made dinner after my nap.

After dinner, I wanted to lay around and watch the Olympics.

But I needed to exercise.

So I went for a quick run, and then watched the Olympics.

How can you reframe your priorities to enable yourself to take care of them?
