do you have questions about exercise?

I realized recently that while exercise is a part of my daily life — whether I am exercising or helping others to do the same — I haven’t written much about exercising. Hence, yesterday’s post was a bit about running. I’m going to incorporate a little bit more exercise into this blog.

Do you have questions for me?

How do I ____?

Is it true that ____?

Is it possible to____?

I’m afraid of____.  (OK, that’s not a question, but it’s still useful!)

I suppose you wouldn’t need to limit the questions to exercise, if something else pops into your head.
